The Coaching Process... for individuals, teams, and organizations

Emphasis 1: Individual Success
Darby will work with you to pinpoint your primary goals and greatest challenges and then plan an ongoing dialogue that will reveal answers and new avenues to pursue, and ultimately the breakthrough solutions you seek. Darby will serve as your sounding board. He will not tell you how to do your job but help you tap inner resources and external partnerships that bring out the most powerful manifestations of your own capabilities. He will help you discover the leverage you need.

Emphasis 2: Team Effectiveness
Darby is often asked to lead a special Team Effectiveness Project that helps a team come together around the truth of the issues and the opportunities its members face. He will then help you create a new MAP (Mechanisms-Agreements-Partnerships) to help assure that you achieve your goals. One of the key outcomes of this project will be a Team Charter, which will become a crystal-clear rallying point for the highest level of team performance.

Emphasis 3: Organizational Transformation
This emphasis is on ALIGNMENT. Darby will help you address the Systemic and Cultural factors that make it possible to bring your organization’s strategies and activities into full alignment with your Core Purpose and your intended Customer Focus.
